Serge Gutman has put to good use his expertise and ingenuity as a butcher in order to expand upon some of his more traditional products, which has made him just as well-known for his impressive variety of sausages as he is for their high quality.

Every week, Freden Fine Foods makes anywhere between 300 to 500 kg of sausage. In order to guarantee their freshness, they are made every morning and then delivered straight to the restaurants and the supermarkets of the greater Vancouver area.
